Fury
Plural Furies, Latin Furia, plural Furiae, Greek Erinys, plural Erinyes, also called Eumenes (Kind One), plural Eumenides, in Greco-Roman mythology, one of a group of goddesses of vengeance. They were probably personified curses but possibly were originally conceived of as ghosts of the murdered.
